Just tested and it doesn't work, it says
"To play this game, you must insert the following disc. Insert the disc, and then start the game again. (8001003E) Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3"

It's the eboot, I tried just copying the eboot over and that gave me the error,
my content ID is BLES01428

Change the PARM.SFO to your region.
