i tried it in this order (MY VERSION: BLES0142
:
-delete gamedata
-install game update v. 1.19, 1.20, 1.21, 1.22, 1.23 !!!
- copy your BLES01428 ZIP ( this You must login or register to view this content. )
-tried it ! it says that i should put the right cd : Modern Warfare 3
-changed the eboot (this You must login or register to view this content. )
-tried it again ! it boots in the singleplayer menu if i click on Multiplayer its FREZZE & BACKSCREEN !!!
what should i do now??

i dont know, try the blus version and let me know,
or wait til zombie releases the pkgs

ok try installing the pkgs then replace the default_mp.self, eboot.bin, default.self with the blus30838 version on the main post, you might have to edit the param.sfo to your region
ok so dont use the bles versions i posted!!!

I've tried all the versions and they all seem to give me a black screen/freezing
