update your ps3 to 4.30 rogero CFW, uninstall mw3 update, install mw3 1.23 update while on 4.30 rogero, transfer your eboot, no more problems

There are package's signed for it and will i be stuck on rogeros because i heard that it may cause bricks

nvm just install rogero 4.30 v2.05, install the mw3 update (delete the old one), download this: You must login or register to view this content. , install this pkg and run it, download filezilla on your computer connect to your ps3 with FTP ,, if youreally dont know how just google "how to FTP transfer ps3 blackb0x" now i gtg ^^ Good luck
