I used v9.99 spoofer and data transferred my 4.31 to my 3.55 with the maps downloaded on to it and i thought that would for sure but nope same thing. Any Suggestion's? BTW My Region is 30838

Just install the pkg for 1.18, 1.19, 1.20, 1.21, 1.22 and 1.23. They all have to be done one by one.
Should work afterwards.
