I use psnpatch and psninja and im on DEX 4.75 and it works fine when I use the disk game

I have this problem on and off doesn't matter is I use psn patch or ninja I don't have cobra enable

Try enabling bd mirror and internal

it started a few days after i got jb. bd mirror and internal are on. and im on region North america

Try enabling/disabling Cobra mode. Are there modded files?

i use phatmon now

Could be the eboot causing the issue. Delete the game data and reinstall. See if it boots.

Quote me back next time, delete your update via Game Data Utility on Game xmb. Then launch the game and update. See if issue is fixed.
