I use psnpatch and psninja and im on DEX 4.75 and it works fine when I use the disk game

Ok. But I don't use webman I use rebug, irisman, multiman then sproof. Is there another route I can take.

Try not using psnpatch. i don't and it works fine.

That has nothing to do with deleting game data or updating? Game data utility is apart of the system.

I'm on DEX, I just back it up with MultiMAN and it works fine when I load it up from there, not sure about you.

Thats your problem, Dont use psn patch it will make you go black screen. Only use PSNINJA and you will be fine
