a) I started by editing KBrizzles Tree patch for MW2. Its the best way to learn. Just don't release it as your own, look at it, edit it, learn by your mistakes and from other peoples work .

b) You're editing Choco's patch which is basically other people's stuff anyway, so it's an edit of an edit, so who cares
