Well there was a comment about this and someone else disagreed. I'm not going to make the decision on personal opinion so I am making this thread. Feel free to post your opinions.

I think Rick has a point.
Another thing is a lot of you think they don't get a reward, if someone wins SOTW they get 100 rep and Points and the runner up gets 50 rep and points. I asked this because people get rep in the entries thread when there is already rep for the winner. I am in favor of removing it but its up to the community.

No, because people with good SOTWs deserve it.

Just use the like button if you like someone's sig there is no need for rep for it :p

I SPEAK MY MIND!
I think rep in the SOTW section should stay because if for example someone wins a GFX battle, or they post a good GFX then they deserve some kind of praise, so I think rep in the SOTW section should stay :y:

I think the people who make the SOTW should decide this not us.

keep it. it does no harm, all it can do is motivate others to improve their gfx. whiners are fags who give too much of a damn.

Actually I think it should be removed. Now that we have a "like" button I think that could be the new use instead of the thanks.

I think it kind of spoils the voting system, creating a preliminary vote before everyone even has the chance to enter.
Someone opens the entries thread and sees that one sig has 20 thanks, so they just hop on the bandwagon and decide to vote for that sig later.
And I'm sure people have decided not to enter just because one sig has 20 thanks and they know they have no chance. (Me :faSmile

How about disabling negative reputation? And just enabling positive?
I think it should stay.
