(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So I cant buy MW3 for my Xbox or PS3 when it comes out because Im at Uni and cant play online so it would be useless.

So I was thinking of buying it on PC. I've never really played any online games on my laptop before.

I want to know if I'll probably (does anyone actually know the exact requirements yet?) be able to run it or not, and what kind of speed internet I'll need to play online? Basically im on a shared network but so far its been quite fast, faster than back home anyway... Its only like 1mb download speed though.

Specs of my laptop:

Processor: Core i7 2630QM @ 2.00GHz
RAM: 4GB
64-bit Operating System
Video Card: Nvidia GeForce GT 525M @ 2.7GB

Also I bought a USB connector thing so I can use my wireless Xbox controller, is this the best way to play properly.

Cheers,

That should be good. You have a good processor and video card

You should be able to run it with that laptop, but don't expect it to be lag free. You might have to turn down some settings.

4GB definitely does not suck. The max any modern game uses is around 1-2GB. Going for 8GB+ is way overkill for most gamers despite the fact they think it's necessary.

Lol, I did play Crysis 1, Crysis 2, The Witcher 2 and other high spec games before upgrading to 8gb last week. I don't notice any difference. Crysis requires 1GB of RAM...

More fool you then. 8GB would have been absolutely fine.
