(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Right now I only have about $450 to spend and I want to get either another EVGA GTX 680+ 4GB or install a custom water loop. I understand the graphics card might be more sensible but I have never done my own custom water cooling and I think it would be a great learning experience. So I can either save up $530 and get another GTX 680 or I can build a custom water loop for around $350 that will cool my CPU and current GPU (EVGA GTX 680+ 4GB). BTW I game on 3 monitors in surround and that is why I want another GTX 680.

Go with the water cooling since you dont need another 680. Plus I wanna see how it looks in the end

Alright. I already have the parts picked out now I just need to order them. I'll upload a pic of the final result in the next few weeks.

I'm glad I went with the water loop. Everything turned out great with no leaks. I overclocked the shit out of my CPU and GPU too. Got my 3770k to 4.8Ghz 1.39 Vcore and I stress tested it in prime95. The temps never got above 75 degrees. And I got my GTX 680's clock offset to 250mhz and the memory clock offset up to 550mhz. Now my 680 never gets hotter than 60 degrees while stressing it with AIDA64.
Here's some pictures

Thanks. Though next time I'm gonna use compression fittings cause the clamps are kind of an eye sore.
