Have you got some more info, Toshiba PC doesn't help much and as much as I hate apple products...

Toshiba have installed windows 8 (im currently using win7 ultimate) he has 4 GB ram, 80 GB memory

I'd rather have a hp laptop than a Toshiba. Just me though!. My hp pavilion g6 is a perfectly good laptop that can run a couple of games lag free.

Don't buy a mac though, you pay for the logo. Nothing really more!.

Buy neither, build a desktop, laptops suck, well if you need a laptop get a lenovo there's a $900 one I seen with a i5 6gb of ram and a gtx660m

Toshiba laptop builds are great build quality. Macbooks are also good quality depends what you plan on doing.
Also specs of both systems would be useful.

Personally I prefer pc but I don`t really like the Toshiba prefer Asus

Mac is overprice...
