Gtx 750ti is slower but uses half the power so is a better option if its going into a prebuilt dell, but neither are fast enough to to be good for many future games if you care about ultra 60fps but on medium maybe high they work well

I would stick to the build I gave you, obviously you can change some stuff around like keyboard but the rest should do well. If you really do want to choose the parts yourself use pcpartpicker it really is a useful tool. Also keep in mind combatability which Toke already mentioned.

Don't give me budget which isn't going to work for taxes and the your list is cheaper because it's got cheaper components so it's obviously going to be cheaper than mine
