I'm planning on using it for school and gaming my budget is 1800 and yes I know there's no reason for i7 since i5 works perfectly for today's games but I just want the best possible parts without really over going 1800

You can easy and with that mobo you can upgrade the CPU to another model later down the line

Wait until the i8 comes out buy a i7
Cheaper and performance gain is worth it.
