i mean wil you see the list on the consoles lets say

Th trophies won't show on the seperate console's. If you get a plat on a vita & sync it, then go to your ps3 and sync it all the trophies including the platinum will sync to your ps3 trophy collection, but the platinum from the vita won't show in your trophy collection on ps3. At least you still get all the trophies to add to your collection; they just won't show.

even if you own the same game for ps3, you get a new trophy list for vita.. basically you get double the trophies

i know this workinf only on one game (Motorstorm RC) but other game i have like Rayman Origins or Mortal Kombat don't

Games such as Stardrone work as well. Can't think of others off the top of my head...

I own mortal kombat on both my vita and ps3, and have two different trophy lists..

Wait, so my Vita trophies don't show on PS3? Seems a bit silly, really. But as long as I have them on my account I don't really mind lol.

I'm sure I've read somewhere on the PS blog that many features are on the to-do list, including consultation of trophies you earned from the vita on your PS3. As of now, you can do so from the VITA. Personally, I'm more excited about better remote play on the vita (so far, only select PSP and PS3 titles are remote play enabled).

You can see ps3 trophies on vita. But not vita trophies on ps3..hopefully there is a patch for this.
