199, 280 Score/Minute and 2.10K/D.

I think it is how you play. Like how you many flags/M-COMs you defend/capture. How many defensive kills, how many attacking kills. For instance, I was flying on Atacama desert all game getting a few kills and a ton of squad kill assists. I capped a few flag with the helo. My Skill level went down from 197 to 128 after 2 games of flying. I don't think it has to do with your K/D or days played. The highest is 201, but only one person can have that, so the other highest is 200.

i heard its calculated on how well your playing compared to others on the in the game... so you could be doing really well say 220 SPM but others could also be doin well and get 240 SPM and that will in turn keep your Skill low. not boasting but mine has been 200 for a long while. my kd started off as 0.6 cuz of a m8 being a complete dick but yea as you can see in the day behind updating sig that iv got it up to 1.65. but the highest rank iv been in skill is 1286, but n e way hope that helps
