Well, thanks to the Xbox Live Marketplace, we now have a name and description of the Modern Warfare 2 Stimulus Package.

Like Carling mentioned, it comes 1 month after the March 30th Xbox Live release, meaning April 30th. EDIT: It has actually been confirmed to be May 4th PS3 US release, May 5th for rest of world ~ Shepleklet

Microsoft simply has that kind of money, and when you look at it from a competition stance, it does give Xbox Live a heads up for people trying to decide whether or not to go with a PS3 or a 360.

Likely not, but there is still the possibility that there will be some.
Now, for my opinion: I'm not really sure which side I am concerning the two old maps and three new ones for a price of $15. Whereas I understand the return of two 'great' maps is exciting to some, I payed for that when I bought the original Modern Warfare, and would rather not put forth money to buy them again. I will, however, be a bit happier if the maps are significantly improved and updated.
This is why I'm personally happy Xbox Live users will get it first... Then I can see what they think of it before I put forth my own money to get it.

30 days later than xbox but when you see the maps you may not buy them. Infinity ward has messed up doing this

Perhaps, but when you think about it people can see the maps before they buy them anyway. Within the first few minutes of their release the internet will be flooded with pictures and videos of them.
