Announced by Robert Bowling on his Twitter, there will be a Double XP Weekend, April 2nd - 5th, XBL only it seems. In the words of Carling, 'let the PSN shit storm begin'. Just proves Microsoft's pocket is very deep indeed. Cheers to NP Carling for the heads up.

EDIT: PS3 is now confirmed to have its double XP weekend aswell.

who really gives a shit if xbox gets the maps earlier or not. Does it really matter? It's not going to give PS3 users any more of an advantage unless you have both systems. It's not that big of a deal. Sucks, but it's not a big deal

I'm not sure what you're saying here... you didn't what you said in the SB. I guess I missed it.
This whole deal is all about revenue for the company. I've said it a million times on this site.
