The Official Playstation Magazine will reveal the new Call of Duty in their next issue, to be released on the 17th May. Shown on their regular next issue preview page, there are no confirmed details as of yet, just a retro-army-looking font and a 60's hand grenade. Hold your breath for another month guys!

A voice over/actor info was leaked and from what I remember there were 4 main characters.
The main character (leader of the group) was a veteran of WWII
there was a female character (russian) who was a martial arts specialist
Not sure about black ops... I had read rumors around reputable sites about 3rd person COD titles under development, possibly by Underground Development, so Activision could milk the franchise with multiple COD titles a year. This would probably be another company doing it as well. Also read somewhere that You must login or register to view this content. was going to be producing the next MW title instead of IW. Hopefully that will cease if those dudes win their court case. Hearing is set for June of this year I believe.

Personally, I prefer WaW to both Modern Warfare and Modern Warfare 2. Harriers, helicopters and choppers seem to ruin the game for me and the guns in WaW are a lot more realistic and the unlock ranks are more appropriate. I can't wait to get th'old M1A1 and the Gewehr back!
