Several employees have made the decision to join up with their former Infinity Ward leadership at Respawn Entertainment, an Electronic Arts-backed new startup. Unlike Infinity Ward, however, Respawn Entertainment controls their intellectual property; EA is only providing the funding.
If I was put in the position of one of the IW employee's I would definitely join with Respawn because you would know all the staff and EA is only providing funding. Atleast they know EA isn't going to fire them like Activision did.
I support everyone who left IW to join Respawn. I give IW a year before they are completely dead.

well no wonder, the only way a employee from IW would stay at their current position is possibly a big promotion along with a big paycheck. thats the only method i see of Activision keeping at least a few employees within their company.
If all else fails for IW, im guessing stupid acitvision would bring the guys from treyarch to IW just so the name survives i guess. I mean com on, we all know Treyarch sucks at making COD,they just copied everything IW did.

My guess is that IW became all about the money and less about their customers. And the people leaving see that is not the right way to run an entertainment based company.
I hope they blow IW out of the water....cuz I also have a feeling some of these people leaving have something to do with why there is so many complaints about MW2...
