Well What's left of IW is going to make the new CoD and well quite frankly I don't think it will be that good at all because most all of them went to Respawn Entertainment. Most all of the Lead/Veteran people are gone so now you have a lot of rookies making a "Top Notch" game a lot of the Casual gamers probably don't know about this and most people will think that the team is just slacking.
Does this mean that Respawn doesn't get the CoD Rights? or what? Apparently Respawn will get to make Mw3 by the sounds of it. Hopefully they do and realize what was a failure in Mw2 change that and make Mw3 another game like Mw1 back to a Game of The Year title and one that will make all the Mw2 complaining stop.

Although there are going to be "rookies" developing the next game, they will have a different view on things than the "veterans" did. Might see a totally different branch of COD. They will probably still be using the same game engine, so a lot might not even change.

This new IW game could be a total re-evinsioning. The team will be composed of rookies, and new team leaders.
Also, on a side note, don't expect to see fourzerotwo leave. He is "The face of IW", and with this confrence call confirming the continued exisitence of IW, he is sealed at IW
