iPod Touch 4G Leaked

Once again, another Apple prototype device has been leaked, instead of the iPhone this time, it's the iPod Touch. The main change comes with a brand new, 2 mega pixels camera. It's not yet known how the device was 'acquired', after the huge Gizmodo scandal with the iPhone 4G, involving police raids and other fiascos.

Apart from that, very few details are know about the device. Internal specs are still a mystery, so we'll have to wait and see if this new iPod Touch has anything else up it's sleeve.

Personally, this is great news. I've always missed the camera on my iPod Touch (which is currently broken), so I'm looking to a buy a new one anyway. The iPod Touch combines all the great features on the iPhone (apart from the Phone of course), without the hefty price tag. What do you think of this new iPod Touch?

The touches are modeled after the phones... how does this look anything like the 4g phone? This just looks like a 2g/3g fitted with a camera. Looks fake to me.

I was looking at 3G's yesterday planning to buy one and they do look EXACTLY alike. In the leaked iPhone prototype, the physical differences were at least obvious, and it was from a more reliable source. This is probably from some random guy saying "LOOKG OMG IPOD 4G"

Some people say that apple leaked these photo's on purpose so that more people would would be hyped up. So that they'd buy the new apple products instead of the old ones . But I think they're plan backfired, because since people have seen these new products they wont want to buy the old ipods and iphones. SO I think that they'll actaully lose money.
