Before you start reading, the original article is from a Dutch magazine, so I may get a few things wrong, Google translator isn't great, and most of the sentances make little sense.
So the mission is called 'Payback', and as seen in the trailer, you get to control your own combat helicopter. It takes place 12th February 1968 in Laos, Vietnam. According to the magazine, you are the pilot, and you must 'take enemy positions', while 'under fire' from the 'enemy attacks'. This is said to be an 'impressive spectacle'.
Black Ops design director Adam Gascoine said "It flies in the act itself, there is no flight on specified paths," with Mark Lamia saying something along the lines of, despite the huge number of explosions and sound effects, there was no lag or stuttering, which they found difficult to achieve, but they wanted the player to see something they had never seen in a Call of Duty title before.
When asked about how they will restrict the player from 'seeing things they shouldn't' while in control of the helicopter, in other words, simply going crazy and doing whatever they liked, instead of the mission at hand. The devs replied that they had invested alot of time into the mechanics, but won't say yet. Gascoine also stated how the player will feel the authenticity and weight of the helicopter, while still being able to go out and fly straight away.

YAY we get to drive a helicopter with BAM'n guns If they add this as a killstreak reward and actually let you control it instead of using a laptop I will be ever so happy.
