Lol fail u obviously dont know what semi auto is.. Semi auto is when you only shoot one shot at a time and there is no bolt and auto is when it stays shooting when you hold down the trigger. Last time i checked the G3 sprays in BFBC2, therefore it is an automatic.

Yeah my bad I was thinking about the G3 in MW2 and I also shoot the G3 in BFBC2 one shot at a time. You are correct the G3 in BFBC2 is fully auto.

And I actually do know the difference between semi and full auto is.

From wikipedia: A semi-automatic rifle is distinguished from a fully automatic rifle or machine gun in that it can only fire once each time the trigger is pulled. In some contexts, the term "automatic rifle" may refer to a semi-automatic/self-loading rifle, not a fully automatic rifle.

So an "automatic" weapon doesn't necessarily mean fully automatic (like a machine gun) either. :rolleyes:

Lol ok well generally an automatic is full auto :p Oh and also there is no g3 in mw2 its in cod4 :p

The FAL and G3 are basically the same guns, they shoot the same 7.62mm round and are both fully automatic machine guns. :p

Lol well in CoD they aren't "fully" automatic :p In BFBC2 the G3 is full auto and in the career mode for CoD4 =D
