The immensely popular InFamous game is getting the sequel we all hoped for. Will this live up to expectations? Only time will tell.

Thanks to Gameinformer, we now have knowledge that InFamous 2 is indeed on its way! There had been rumors, and discussions about a sequal in the past, but finally, we know its coming. Below is the information known about the game at this time. There isn't much, but even with the little bit of information we have, we can be sure InFamous 2 is going to be a blast as was InFamous [1].

- Developers hope to raise the bar even higher with InFamous 2.

- Our hero has a new look (as shown in the picture above), along with a new city, new and improved powers, as well as a new primary antagonist.

Once the magazine is released, it is without a doubt more information will be released onto the internet. I will update this thread when that time comes.

Ohh, been waitin for infamous 2 since the first one, interesting picture of cole.. hope its not just not as repedative as the first one.. know what im sayin.

I can't realy remember it was along time ago since i played it. If i get this game i should remember lol hope you don't have to aquire all his powers again that you earned in the one. If it's carrying on it should still be bad ass cole.

I'm guessing he'll just have to use some new ones.

What they should do is if you played InFamous you could continue your gamesave like if you played Evil or Good. Depending on which you choose would have a affect on your infamous 2 gameplay.

And ya he looks hella different now.

i agree with m4 that would be crazy and i think that would be the first game to implement it as if u guys heard they're changing the outfit i dont like that as i think the last yellow with black was a crazy suit

I'm sure they'll have a new set of powers for Cole to use in Infamous two.

The first Infamous was BA, and the second is looking pretty damn sexy so far. This is a game I'll defiantly be picking up.
