The immensely popular Mass Effect 2, the successor of the groundbreaking Mass Effect [1], will be receiving a couple of new things for both those who have played it, and those who have not.

For those who have yet to purchase Mass Effect 2, a demo is being released to the Xbox Live Marketplace. Not much is known about the demo, but we can be sure that it will take place during some highlight in the game. If you haven't purchased the game yet, I highly recommend getting your hands on this demo.

For those of us that got Mass Effect 2 the moment it hit store shelves, we will also be getting something special: downloadable content. It is taking the name "Overload add-on". Like with the demo, not much is known about this add-on, but seeing as to how BioWare we're talking about, I think it's safe to assume something good.
