Nintendo is really going to have a hard time recovering from this one. A lot of people are saying that Sony and Microsoft are "copying" Nintendo by bringing motion control to their consoles. However, based on the chart posted by Winty, that's not exactly the correct word to descrive what Sony and Microsoft have done.
They have taken something originally innovational from Nintendo, and have improved upon it entirely. Now of course, I'm sure there might be some categories where the "Wii-Mote" exceeds the Move and Kinect, but at the end of the day it really seems evident that Sony and Microsoft have now dominated the one market Nintendo has relied upon.
I can't wait to get my hands on the Move and Kinect, but I'm also interested to see how Nintendo will retaliate. Maybe they won't do anything, but if they're a smart business I'm sure they will try and come up with something to help the Wii have some stance in an already lost console war.
I think your on to somthing here, I am an Xbox user my self and I am going to be getting the kinect, I do feel it's going to be better than the Move, as it has no controllers, the down side is it look's like it's going to be kids agem on the kinect for some time, wouldn't it be cool to play MOH on there.
But I do feel Xbox has pussed us one step closer to, "virtual reality games" all we need now is glasses for the screen, a mat like the dance mat's you get for dance game's now, this will be for the bounder's, and you will have a "virtual reality game" version 1.
The next consloe to do this, with none kids game will win hand's down in my mind
