I’m sure everyone hated going into a free-for-all game or any game mode to find two noobs hiding and boosting online. When the Tactical insertion was revealed to make a comeback in Black Ops I’m sure most of the players that dislike the tactical insertion automatically changed their views of the game.

Well not to worry, Treyarch’s Design Director, David “Vahn” Vonderhaar, told the community from a post on their forum that the team has plans to combat the exploitation of the insertion, both for pre and post launch.

Trying to use Tac Insert but are getting Tac Insert spawned camped? Well, you probably deserve that but you can now cancel your own Tac Insert in the Killcam. That's new to Black Ops.

The main reason I am not as worried about Tac Insert as you? We can disable it. And, I just did for Free-For-All (hardcore and core) variants. It will still work in Private Matches in Free for All, but then you don't get XP in Private Matches so it can't be used for boosting.

The game has a reporting system. Report boosters and let's make examples of them. Once you lay the ban hammer on enough bad people word will get around that we don't take too kindly to this sort of thing.

Well if everyone thought about there is gonna be that ONE person out there who will find away so you cannt be reported and we can all boost safely we all kno its gonna happen.

Agreed. If you start talking shit with someone they will report you for boosting or something to try to ban you

Black ops is pushing it with all this bullshit. sure its going to be a good game but i know TONS of people will stick to MW2 or COD4

i have never seen such a strict video game in my life. And im 22 years old, this is getting sad. Let people play the way they want to play... ITS JUST A VIDEO GAME, it's not like it affects anyone in real life..
And with this "report" system, your going to see people taking advantage of this system... they are going to see someone do real good in a game say, 28 - 1 and assume OMG THEY HAVE A AIMBOT or... OMG THEY ARE CHEATING

All in all, im not a cheater nor booster But there does come a Line in the video game world and i think treyarch may just be crossing it a LITTLE to much. The game should be fun, after all it's just a video game...
i really did look foward to black ops but as im reading more and more about how treyarch is so focused on the cheating aspect and all this anti cheat crap im worried the game itself is not going to be any good..

focus more on the game and less on the "cheating" its a video game and with technology this advanced, you can do anything you want to try to stop cheaters but its going to happen regardless of your little "report" system
