Call Of Duty:Black Ops will be close monitored very closely this year when released. The leaderboard's on Black Ops will be kept an eye on and will not be destroyed like the 'Modern Warfare 2' leaderboards. The modern warfare 2 leaderboards was filled with thousands up on thousands of 'hackers' and ruined the whole game on both consoles. On Black Ops if you are caught hacking the leaderboards you will be banned promptly.
Until 2,000,000 people a day do it, then they give up stating that what Josh Olin said was just what he was told to say and was infact, a lie. Just like the cake.
I imagine it's just a ban button, lol. All you have to is hold ban from the top hacker to when the hackers stop, lol.
Some of you have misconstrued what Josh Olin meant by "ban those hackers". Activision and Treyarch don't have the authority to console ban anyone, and Sony have shown no desire to ban people who hack games by third-party developers, so far. What he means is that hackers accounts will be permanently banned from the Black Ops servers.

That's off-topic, but I'll correct you anyway.
That's for the PC version, and they've always had to pay to host their own dedicated server. Activision and Treyarch announced that dedicated servers will rent exclusively through GameServers. So PC gamers are restricted to renting their Black Ops server from that company. They can still play the unmoddable Treyarch matchmaking version of the game for free, though.
