the psn store is "... not available in my country/region" and the match making servers in mw2 are not loading up, i have no friends online and my friend txtd me saying she cant sign in. even on home it says "network error x8002a221" what is this?

Climbing up the ladder
I don't know. Does a report system make hacking worthwhile? I don't hack much, but it's fun to use my 10th prestige title when I'm only 9th prestige. And what about the lobbies? I wan't those goddamn titles. I don't even care for the spinning skull.
