Recent twitter conversations have released valuable information about getting banned for inappropriate emblems. Here is a conversation between Stepto and JohnJohn39923.

I see what you're getting at, but if Treyarch wanted to stop this, they should take out everything to do with Nazis, so like Nazi Zombies would become just zombies which have the same stuff, just without the Nazi word/emblem. Just to let you know; it's not racist, they're not a different race, they're just a group of people.
agreed, the point i wanted to make though is that I run into plenty of little kids on black ops with swastika emblems and NAZI as clan tag, and they think its something funny. I however do not, not just cuz Im jewish, but because even if i had not been jewish, knowing what Jews in concentration camps went through its just not a funny thing. But you did make a good point instead of banning them I guess they should just remove the swastika.:y:

Didn't know you were Jewish, but, I get loads of people in clans and stuff with clan tags like [GAY!] [NAZ!] [NAZl] and stuff. It's just cruel to those kinds of people. I sympathise anyone who had to go to a concentration camp and survived.
