I agree with freedom of speech/expression, but why would you want to affiliate yourself with something like the Swastika? Yeah, it may seem funny to you, but go and ask your grandad and see if he thinks its funny! Oh yeah, and dont give the BS about it bing something else before a nazi symbol, most of the people who are using it are doing so "for a laugh", think about what the symbol represents by todays standards. No-one can call treyarch for not allowing the symbol as an emblem as they are covering their backs with regards to lawsuits etc.

Once again, I am not flaming anyone here, but please guys, use a genuinly funny emblem that will get you noticed and not banned.

I just want to add to this a bit... If you look at the swastika for things like Buddhism and Hinudism, the shape is the same, but the design is not. The Nazi symbol is distinct from the others in color and design. If you tried to use a Hinduism swastika and you were banned, then there would be an issue.

Correct me if I'm wrong but someone told me the swastika means peace for china or something and this guy pissed me of that had this emblem because he was camping the whole game, I reported him and he got a 48 hour ban.

the fact that we are actually arguing about this is sad. Im gonna end this "Dispute". It doesnt matter who created it. What matters is in the 1920s it meant the Aro's ( Hitlers ideal for a perfect race) if you were not that it meant the murder of every Jewish , Black , Handicapped , gypsy , Etc. lol it's funny all the kids getting offended by a swastika, most of the people that have one don't understand the true meaning behind it and have a rubbish version of it, my version is the proper one though I might change it to the Iron Cross due to the butt hurt folk
