Call of Duty: Black Ops, the most recent installment to one of the most popular first-person shooter series around the world, has received various of updates within its first month of release.
The game's developer, Treyarch, is seemingly doing what they can to listen to the majority of the gaming community. Additionally, the developer is attempting to crack down on the hackers and glitchers of the world, and have been successful in curbing it to an extent.
A recent report tells us that another update is inbound, and we can expect the following changes:
- Sniping Improvement: The update is intended to fix sniper rifles in Black Ops, but "quickscoping will never be like previous CoD's", said Games Design Director David Vonderhaar.
- Knifing Improvement: In result of demand from the Black Ops community, lunge knifing will be shortened slightly.
- Hardline Pro Improvement: The ability to change your care package will remain. However, you will not be able to change your Sentry Drop of Sam Turret.
- (Possible) AK-74u Improvement: Will now take an extra bullet to kill, and will have a wider hip fire spread.
When new information / confirmation surfaces, this thread will either be updated, or another thread will be made.
