Although Sony is focusing on 2011 & the newest titles having 3D gaming, LittleBigPlanet 2 will not be one of them. Mark Valledor, Sony Computer Entertainment America marketing leader, announced this recently, saying simply "Sorry, no 3D this time around."

Sony is working on over 50 3D compatible games, including 20 internal 'projects'.

Sony’s current 3D arsenal includes games such as Killzone 3, Motorstorm Apocalypse, Gran Turismo 5, Tron Evolution, Crysis 2, and more.

Many companies are contacting Sony to confirm why exactly LBP2 isn't apart of the new 3D obsession. It's one of the most anticipated games for all ages, so there's only one question for Sony; why not?

I really thought this would be the main title that Sony would use to promote 3D gaming. I guess they have better ideas.

i **** this i just orderred a 3d TV for playing littebigplanet 2:evil:

this will make the game less vunerable to play while this game should be in 3D to keep up with the new technology! you might as well play pacman or Pong.
