Still unofficial, the Playstation Phone should be released next spring says reports from Japanese newspaper the Asahi Shimbun.
According the the report the phone could go on sale first in the U.S. and Europe. It is supposed to be based on and have similar controls to the PSPgo. But instead of analog thumb numbs, there is going to be a new touch-sensitive tracking pad. It will no longer have UMD and Memory Sticks.
The Playstation Phone is rumored to be similar to the Google's Android 3.0 platform and have a custom Sony Marketplace which will have all sorts of apps and game.

Wow still with the 512MB of ram shit? I don't know why devs always try to keep things so low (technology) when they can go higher... I mean look at how small is that iPod Touch -___-
I think the next PlayStation will have like 800MB of ram (so be prepared for the same loading, XMB loading times, etc) when they can go to at least 6GB of RAM (like a computer) although today memory is pretty cheap... god damm it is 2011! not 2000
