New PlayStation Phone Coming Next Spring

Still unofficial, the Playstation Phone should be released next spring says reports from Japanese newspaper the Asahi Shimbun.

According the the report the phone could go on sale first in the U.S. and Europe. It is supposed to be based on and have similar controls to the PSPgo. But instead of analog thumb numbs, there is going to be a new touch-sensitive tracking pad. It will no longer have UMD and Memory Sticks.

The Playstation Phone is rumored to be similar to the Google's Android 3.0 platform and have a custom Sony Marketplace which will have all sorts of apps and game.

Too bad this phone will be outdated as soon as it's released. My phone has the same (if not better) specs and it's almost a year old. In the phone market, you have to be a recent as possible or the competition destroys you.

this would not be fun at all, just buy the pspNGP.
