The Mustang is an iconic race car! There are a lot of generations that are available. They could have added 2 body styles in general.

1. The 1969... Probably the sexiest 60s Mustang they made. There was a 400 HP motor that was offered that year as well.

2. The Foxbody. 1979-1993. Specifically the 1987-1993 specimens. This is probably one of the most iconic American Sports cars of the early 90s

I own a 1987 5.0 GT Convertible. Fun car, very fast, even in turns.

i agree, and yet they have dozens of skyline models, many of which are similar

my fave car is a supra, where they have few models of (excluding the racecar ones like castrol toms) and dont have the good ones that they had in previous games. hopefully they fix this with dlc/updates

Skyline got race history and they are all different, if you say they are all the same, that mean u dont know shit about cars, read every DEMO of any skyline and its all different, and i dont think Mustang won any important race and changed the world of car.

yeah i agree that they have a rich history but over 30 models, maybe a bit too rich. subtract one or two for an extra mustang or supra, not a lot of harm done

Supra ........ wtf? u want the MK 1 2 3? RZ is the best supra u can get lol, if u dont know JDM cars .. dont say random stuff, Supra RZ is the fastest supra that u can buy, MK 1 2 3 are cool but they look like an old RX7 FC

im not saying i want the best supra man. what im saying is bring back some of the stuff they had in GT3/4. some of my best memories from those games was tuning up a '95 supra and reaching 400km/h with it on test track. im not saying its a great car, im saying its my fave and im disappointed its not in the game

I do like Nissan, don't get me wrong, they make some really nice cars. But I just think they added way to many Skylines, 3000GTs, S2000s, and the like. It is like Nissan sponsored the game or something. Yes, I know 3000gt is Mitsubishi, and S2000 is Honda.

...sorry had to go there, GT5 just re-hashed the old game, there were no 80s mustangs in gran turismos of the past...also you have to remember it's a global game they took the good/decent cars...not saying 80s mustangs aren't good, but...they aren't really iconic anywhere but the USA...and even then it's for a limited few
