The time is based on ZULU time, not your local time. Just send a car BEFORE 12am ZULU, and you can send one afterward.

I would only trade cars in the evening, and that is why I was blocked. Today I sent a car to a friend at like 3:00 PM. I sent another one just now at 10:30 PM.

So check what time zone you are in. If you want to send more than one, just send the first before 12:00 am ZULU. Then send the second at about 1:00 AM ZULU

The limit isn't a 24 hour period. It's simply one a day. You can send one at 11pm on say, Monday, then another at 1am on the Tuesday. I don't see how this method is bypassing anything :/

Did you read my whole post? If you did you would be able to see the fact that the system works on GMT. YOU LIVE IN SCOTLAND. Which means you are on GMT, and can send a car at 11:00 PM and then again at 1:00 AM your time. It is 6:00 PM here when it is 12:00 AM where you live.

This applies to those that are not on the GMT time zone, which is a lot of us here in the USA.

I live in Houston, Texas, and it worked for me last night on 2 different accounts.

It all has to do with your time zone, and it's relation (I am -6:00 CST) to GMT. It takes a bit of understanding of ZULU time, but if you were in the military, this is easy stuff man.

If your clock is on EST (-5:00) at 5:00 PM it will be 12:00AM GMT. So if you live there, you can send a car BEFORE 5:00 PM, and then another AFTER 7:00PM.

If Sound_Man could chime in, he can verify this. I sent him a car at like 4:00 PM, then sent another from the same account at 7:00 PM.

Now the downside to this is yes, you get to send more than 1 car for that particular day, BUT you will not be able to send another until after 6:00 PM (CST BASED!) the next day.
