The company has admitted that Microsoft, the makers of Kinect, did not give them permission to use their system - they had to 'hack' the console to create the game.

Microsoft immediately issued a statement confirming that they did not give permission for the company to use the console, and claimed that they would block the game from the Kinect system. However reports suggest it may still be possible for users to download such games online.

Yeah Microsoft was pretty quick to shoot this down. But I do agree that it will probably make it on the market as some sort of online game.
