The company has admitted that Microsoft, the makers of Kinect, did not give them permission to use their system - they had to 'hack' the console to create the game.
Microsoft immediately issued a statement confirming that they did not give permission for the company to use the console, and claimed that they would block the game from the Kinect system. However reports suggest it may still be possible for users to download such games online.

Worth the Weight
Hopefully they won't release it. Seriously, it's okay to have a scene of humor, but this is just immature. It's inappropriate and hopefully Microsoft puts more thought into this. Also, because they "hacked" it, I would think that they would have absolutely no reason to release it. But then again, maybe Bill Gates is feeling a little lonely....
