Hacker Tells Sony to Back Off or Else...
With all this drama going around, famous hacker Graf_Chokolo has threatened Sony in a different way.
He says if Sony continues these tactics he will publish his IDA database, for the PS3's Hypervisor and Hypervisor processes.
What is that you ask? Well with the IDA database reverse engineering the hypervisor would quickly become easier for developers using IDA Pro Disassembler.

i think sony is trying to do the right thing by protecting its product from us, if you was in sonys shoes, you would too. and now that sony is massively in the spotlight, they are more prone to abuse from us and hackers alike who hate the fact they are doing what they are doing. new cfws will ruin ps3 gaming for sure, and fully hacking the system doesnt help make games better in the future, it justs lets us exploit current ones. geohot and fail overflow are basically the martyrs of all this, assuming they lose, which..in these types of cases, they would, since they arent legally protected to do this to a console. however, maybe this will show sony that maybe they should tread a lighter path next time, and not get too hasty and try to bring the hammer down so fast or hard. even big companies can learn lessons the hard way.
