Post: 4th Gran Turismo 5 Photomode Competition

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So it is time for the fourth Gran Turismo 5 Photo Competition! All of the entries last week were great, and I have a feeling this week's theme may turn some people away, but any pictures taken will look amazing guys, I promise.

So, the theme for this week is:

Backfire

You must capture your car in the process of down-shifting and shooting the flames out of the exhaust. Now, I know this is going to be hard to do, but keep at it, and your pictures will look amazing, I'm sure of it.

Here are some examples from GTPlanet (not from me, as I have only been able to do it once, and it wasn't the best):

So, rules are simple, the entry must be your own, there must be backfire in it. Other than that, I can't think of any other restrictions.

The prizes this week won't be as good, since the 1 million dollar limit cap, but here is what I am offering to the winner:

  • Dodge Charger Super Bee 426 Hemi '71
  • Caterham Seven Fireblade '02
  • RUF CTR2 '96

dibbs has offered the following:

I tried to get three cars that are relatively rare from the UCD that are under 1 million. The list is also smaller as now the limit is one car per console per day, so it will take as many days to send as I offer cars, and I don't wanna spend weeks sending cars.

So, get those entries in guys! Get the best backfire shot you can take, I have a feeling there will be some good entries from people this week.

yea i know the games getting worse with each update. only good thing was gold chrome. and endurance race game saves are suppose to be coming. they need to put the send price as unlimited again but only let people trade each other over a certain amount for expensive cars it should be both people have to send the cars before they receive the car

My exhaust was supposed to back near the rear end of the car on the side right before the tire, as we can see, didn't work for me either. lol

I had the Zonda R with a sick flame from the 4 port exhaust but when the photo was taken the flame was inside the car! The 1.07 update messed up the co-ordinates for Photo Mode.
