In the process of a lawsuit with hacker GeoHot, Sony have made the odd move of approaching a console hacker to help them protect their console.
Surprisingly, the hacker refused their offer in protest for Gehot; who has admitted several times he would be happy to switch sides and work for Sony.

That's the best response :y: Glad he stuck by his hacking community and didn't become a sell out. I bet Sony is sorry after the earthquake and all that, and realized they ****ed up in the first place by not hiring GeoHot.

He should've accepted the job, got some inside info on the PS3, and then stabbed their back and released it to the community, only to get sued by sony 
. But way to stick up for the hackers!
