Hello guys i remember NGU had a dedicated server that i never got to play on because at that time i didnt play minecraft. Then i believe it was closed down or just the thread was closed im not sure.

I believe that was because there was no one controlling it and it was just dead out of order.

Well me and Sloan owner of Explore Craft got together as a team and have been working hard to set up a good server for everyone here at NGU.

What the server will do is simply everyone NGU can play and well we can use it to make crazy things dedicated to this site.

-Guestprevention (we will have to verify everyone who joins to fight griefers)
-WorldEdit (for the staff of the server)
-WorldGuard(working on it)

Its going to be this way because me and sloan are working hard to keep it organized and up.

Im going to start off with some simple rules.

-NO GRIEFING (there are no warnings, only insta bans)
-Dont be a jerk to other players
-respect the chat or it will be taken from you
-Dont flame anyone on the server

Well i hope you guys enjoy this server alot and one more thing i wanted to say. The server is for NGU, that doesnt mean what happens on the server happens on the site. For example if your premium here or just a regular member you will get the same treatment on the server.

Another thing we might do is donations to the server will go to buying a dedicated with like 8gb ram for maximum play time. Donating will maybe earn you OP on the server.

What are your goals for the server - To build my pigmobile

Need any help with plugins just PM me. Also, no Permissions? I suggest getting that.

And Block Hat. (Allows you to use a block as a hat)

And Mob Rider. (Ride any mob)

And bMobs. (Blocks mobs of your choice)

Hmm the way we see things is free build. So we are disabling mods it lags the server and activity will be high.

We dont need permissions we have guestprevention.

If it is free build I suggest bMobs. Will stop a lot of lag. I also highly suggest you disable all forms of fire etc.

And also in case of griefing occuring, Bedrock Control but I think it needs permissions.

BTW im curious what guest prevention is. I strongly suggest permissions. All plugins hook into it basically.

Mobs are being turned off anyways. Guestprevention is simple. You pick some admins to control who can play on the server. everyone who joins is automatically a guest and cant do anything pretty much. They can only build until they are added to the member list. Which you can do in game.

For the amount of people we might have on the server i believe permissions is not a good choice. Maybe when we get a dedicated and have more people working on the server hands on we can get permissions.

Wait, is this running off your computer or off a bought server?
