I'd have to go with San Andreas because it had my favorite protagonist, it had my favorite weapons, it had my favorite vehicles, CUSTOMIZATION, i liked the story, you felt accomplished at the end, fun side quests, and of course NOSTALGIA.

San Andreas for it's time, though GTA IV is the best imo.

mine was vice city i put more hours into that than any other game ive played im not an rpg fan so dont play long games but put alot into that n san andreas
