did u forward the ports neeeded? if so check whats ports in usage cant remember what website does it though sorry.

i had that same problem last night when i was trying to run my server on linux... all i did was reboot and it fixed it ?

Have you already a server running? Cause you only get:

[WARNING] Perhaps a server is already running on that port?

When theres already a server of yours running.
