Did you previously have a server but then u used a different one?
If so unforword your ports delete ALL of you server stuff or back them up the plugins and the worlds.
Then portforward again, get bukkit again and put the plugins and the world back

Heres your problem, i had it too, on server.properties, where it says server-ip, you dont use the internet one. You go to command prompt , and type in ipconfig, look for IPv4 address at the top. Use that one for the ip on server.properties. Many tutorials tell you to got to "whats my ip .com", but that is wrong. You use the ip of the pc that is hosting. And keep your port at 25565. Contact me if you need more help..

Edit: In server.properties just leave the server-ip: blank Smile

Server-IP must be blank unless you are not sure what you are doing.
In windows if you type IPCONFIG in Command Prompt and look for the IPv4 Address, that should of been the IP you entered (also known as your static IP)
In Linux if you type IFCONFIG in Terminal and look for the IPv4 Address, that should of been the IP you entered.
