I personally think he is shooting himself in the foot by saying this. I also think it is more impressive and says more that if they didn't say anything, and it defiantly motivates more people to try.

What people don't understand, is that it's not like CoD. It doesn't have a patch, or zlib compressed files.

If you want to mod this game, it will be like starting from scratch.

Even if you do learn to mod it, you wouldn't be able to do anything amazing due to the lack of knowledge we would have of this game engine.

I don't think there was ever challenge lobbies for bfbc2 on ps3. As far as I know, the hacks were only on the PC versions of Battlefield.

I for one actually do not want bf3 to be hacked on the ps3. Save that shit for silly little mw3 games. BF3 is better when everyone's skill level is more or less the same.
