Post: Is Battlefield 3 worth opening it?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I am a CoD type of person and I just recently bought Battlefield 3 for Black Friday! Happy But I'm not sure if I will feel happy about opening it and get bored way too easily. Can I have just 2 reasons how I will enjoy it just as much as I enjoy CoD?

Have you not thought that possibly that is how I have fun? Lol. :p

Easter Egg!
If you want fast paced gameplay, no teamwork and want to be a one man army rambo, stick to Cod or if you like teamwork, realistic gameplay, buy battlefield 3.

Me and my squad cover our team mates back. We help our team push forward. We blow up tanks etc etc with our C4 and yet we have high K/Ds.

But I do understand what you are saying, I have seen many a player get high K/Ds and not actually contribute anything to the team besides running their tickets down...

yea but what i meant are those people in cod who look at their k/d and if its negative you hear them on the mic saying there gonna camp to get a positive before the game ends. do you see where their mind set is , there not worry about winning the game , the might as well loose just as long as their k/d is positive , that shit makes me want to pull my hair out , since when the hell has a game revolved around kill/death ratio's , oh yea since cod /facepalm

It's worth it. Why you may ask? Well reason is that the game has a better flow (IMO), not actual lag unless you have a not-so-great internet connection and you can do a lot of stuff. The game has an okay single player but DICE didn't focus on it too much because they wanted the multiplayer to be very fluid. I have bought battlefield 3 for all systems and I play it a lot. It's loads of fun. Also, I was a huge call of duty fan and I can honestly tell you to don't even compare MW3 to BF3.

Anyways, who wants to pay for elite? It's one of the biggest ripoff I've seen.

I have to agree, but things will never change. No matter how much it annoys people, people will continue to do so. All we can do is try our best and help the team as much as we can.

At least I can fight
While COD and BF are similar in that they're both modern day FPS shooters they are worlds apart. You're going to have to get used to gravity pulling your bullets down at longer distances, no cover staying where it's meant to, tanks blowing holes through walls and a wide range of other things. BF3, to me, just has an EPIC feel to it that COD can't touch especially with the amount of explosions and gunfire going on all around you. BF truly feels like a Battlefield with the vehicle warfare, team work and tactics that's involved while COD is just you v 6 other people. When you play BF though it really helps if you have a squad/team that you know with mics since the game is based largely around team work. If you try to Rambo it, like COD, 9 times out of 10 you'll be blown to kingdom come by a tank or something.

This is what I meant by epicness:
