EA has set up this website which contains information on how to obtain a 1943 voucher. The vouchers will appear on November 26 in Europe, December 10 in North America and December 17 in Japan.

Can you still get the voucher though? I too already have it but it doesn't mean that I can't sell it.
EDIT: I got the code so at least I can sell it or give it to one of my mates so they can play too
