EA has set up this website which contains information on how to obtain a 1943 voucher. The vouchers will appear on November 26 in Europe, December 10 in North America and December 17 in Japan.

How do you get this to work? I have tried 3 times. I put in my online pass code. And it keeps telling me at the end of the process that I need to input my online pass code.
